The Issuing Dealer agrees, subject to the terms and conditions listed herein, that it will, for the period of time this Warranty is in effect, make repairs and/or replace defective parts or authorize repair facilities for the listed covered parts, when a mechanical breakdown has occurred. Mechanical breakdown is defined as a failure of a listed covered part to perform the function for which it was designed. Gradual reduction in operating performance with time and mileage is not considered a mechanical failure. If it becomes necessary to replace covered part during covered vehicle repair, the repair may be made using “New”, ”Used”, or “Remanufactured” parts. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Warranty Administrator, “Aristocrat Auto”.

Repairs not authorized by Aristocrat Auto will not be covered. Local (719) 632-3454, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time
Aristocrat Auto reserves the right to select the facility used to make any repairs covered under this warranty.
Parts Not Listed is Not Covered!
Plan Coverage Engine: Crankshaft and bearings, oil pump, water pump, internal timing gears or chains camshaft and bearings, valve lifters, rocker arm assemblies, and push rods, valve guides, pistons and rings, wrist pins, connection rods, distributor drive gear, and all internal components of and including engine block cylinder heads, starter/alternator, manifolds, and turbochargers housing.
Transmission / Transaxle: Case and all internally lubricated parts, including the torque converter. Includes transfer case and all internally lubricated parts.
Front / Rear Drive Axles: All internally lubricated parts of the drive axle housings, also including axle shafts and axle shaft bearings, constant velocity joints, axle housing and propeller shaft U-joints.
Plan has a total aggregate claim and contract limit of liability of $1,500.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
A. Any repair that is not authorized by the Administrator and which has not been given an authorization number and specifically authorized amount. B. Any repair that is required due to damage caused by overheating, or damage caused by the wrong type of fluids or lubricants, as well as inadequate level of fluids and/or lubricants. C. Any mechanical failure that results from the continued operation of the vehicle once a failure has occurred. D. All mechanical failures that are under factory warranty or are covered by a factory recall. E. Mechanical failures caused by or related to racing/competitive motor sports, severe off road use or any non-factory modification to the vehicle. F. Failures related to any type of contamination of fuel or other necessary fluids, lubricants or coolants. G. Failure caused by rust, corrosion, carbon build-up, or sludge of any kind. H. Failures of any part not listed in the above plan. I. Parts that have not failed but are recommended by the repair facility. J. Failures caused by impact of any kind, malicious intent, theft, insects, vermin, water, flood, wind, riot, or war. K. Any repair expense for “covered mechanical failures” that exceed the aggregate claim or contract limits listed above in the specific plan description. L. Any expense caused by loss of time, storage, inconvenience, or personal injury of any kind.
VEHICLE OPERATION RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Make sure all vehicle temperature and pressure-warning systems are working properly. 2. Make sure the vehicle has the proper level and types of coolants, lubricants, and fluids. 3. Turn the vehicle off and have it towed, if necessary, when a mechanical failure has occurred. 4. Call the Administrator before any work claimed under this warranty is started. |
